Description:
This is a great entry level battery charger, especially if you're just starting out with electric RC aircraft or just making the conversion to electric flight. The C-403 will charge any current lithium based RC battery of 1-4 cells. The majority of our 70mm EDF jets, giant scale warbirds and the new piper cubs all use a 4s battery making this a perfect charger. Capable of charging at up to 40W, this little gem will keep your batteries charged with no fuss.

The C-403 uses a very simple interface, simply plug your battery in and confirm that the red LED cell detection lights illuminate the correct amount of cells for the battery you've connected. Press the 'battery type' button until the correct lithium battery chemistry appears on the LCD, spin the dial to select your charge rate and press start! It's as simple as that. The main safety feature that's required for charging lithium batteries is a built in battery balancer, which the C-403 comes with.

The balance port is not modular so any balance plug from any brand of battery will fit. No more having to purchase individual balance boards for all the different batteries you own!

If you only have a few batteries, or you're not quite sure if you want to invest in a more expensive charger, this is a great option to get you started.

The iMax C-304 is a great beginners charger, compact and very easy to use - a great first charger.

The charger comes from the factory with output leads but no output plug. We include a male T plug aka 'Deans' connector as standard. If you require another plug, or you need us to solder the plug on for you, please contact us before purchase so we can organise that for you :)
