Live Support - MSN:
We are available on MSN, all you need to do is click on the Live Support tab on the bottom left of the screen. This will connect you to our MSN so you can chat to us in real time. We are still testing this feature, so please feel free to jump online, but if you don't get a reply, it's not because we are ignoring you, its because the messages may not be getting through. Please feel free to add us to your MSN (you'll have to drop us an email so we can let you know the MSN email address).

Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 2pm so feel free to drop us a line.
Our online store is available 24 hours 7 days a week 365 days a year.
