ChargedRC provides several shipping options in order to get your purchases to you as quickly and safely as possible. For smaller items various sized regular and express post satchels from Australia Post are offered. Larger items like aircraft kits are shipped via our regular courier service.
Our policy is for you to get your items as safely and quickly as possible. Unlike other online stores, we do not need to profit from our shipping so your shipping costs remain as low as possible. Our shopping cart will attempt to select the best value shipping option for you. If you have any difficulties, please contact us via an enquiry form in the Contact Us section.
While we do strive to ensure that items are shipped out within 24hrs, in come cases delays are inevitable. If we believe that a situation would require a delay of more than 24hrs, we will contact the customer and let them know the details.
ChargedRC has provided several payment options for you to pay for your purchases.
Payments can be made via:
- Cash on pickup (please contact us to arrange this prior to ordering)
- Direct deposit to our bank
- Credit Card (select the "Credit Card or PayPal" payment option in checkout but do not sign in, just press continue when you see the PayPal page and enter your credit card details)
ChargedRC will not ship your order until payment has been processed and has cleared into our account. ChargedRC reserves the right to refuse service, or to call and confirm large orders with the customer prior to shipping.
